Cashback Rules
- Cashback is available to all players with at least “Experienced” status in the loyalty system.
- Funds are calculated and credited to a separate “Cashback” balance automatically once a week – on Fridays between 6:00 and 7:00 UTC.
- Note: Cashback is granted only on the amount lost by the player. It does not apply to lost bonus funds. “Bonus funds” mean any funds credited to the player’s bonus balance, including refunded amounts.
- If the player is in profit during the settlement period, cashback will not be granted.
- In any single cashback payment, each user can receive a maximum of 5 times their total deposit amount since they joined the Vox Casino. This amount is calculated separately for each cashback payment.
